Heathrow (Almost) Operating to Schedule Today

London Heathrow Airport is open and the usual flight schedule is operating today. There will, however, be a handful of cancellations as result of yesterday’s disruption. Airlines cancelled more than 40% of the 1,300 flights originally scheduled yesterday and said there would be some continued disruption due to the knock-on effect.

Aer Lingus Passengers Increased 7.3 Per Cent in January

Aer Lingus today announced traffic statistics for January 2012, when total flown passenger numbers, including Aer Lingus Regional operations, increased by 7.3% on January 2011.
