This role is responsible for offline sales/bookings across the full range of ClickandGo Holidays, with the primary focus on European sun holidays and city breaks, but also selling worldwide and cruise holidays.

Responsibilities will include conducting and recording weekly price comparison checks of main competitors. Previous travel industry experience would be advantageous.

A UX Designer is required “to drive improved user experience across all devices and to improve performance and efficiency of our customer’s journey through our purchase funnel”.

Responsibilities will include: Design user flows and map out customer journeys; Define information architecture via concept sketches and wireframes; Interaction design through prototypes; and UI Design in latest mock up tools, e.g. Moqups.

Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS is required, along with a minimum of two to three years’ experience as an Interaction or UX designer working on funnel optimisation projects and a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience in UX design and user research.
