CAR Issues New Travel Agent Licence, Renews Three Other Licences

The Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) updated its travel agent listing on 21st November, having issued one new licence and renewed one other, and updated its tour operator listing on 17th November, having renewed two licences and revised one other.

Travel Agent Licences

Cultural Connections Ltd, Newtown, Rahan, Tullamore, Co Offaly, T: 057 935 5050, has been issued with travel agent licence 0776, with an expiry date of 31st October 2017.

DB Tours, whose licence 0703 had expired on 31st October 2016, has now had this licence renewed, but with an expiry date of 30th April 2017.

Atlantic Sky Team Tours still has its licence 0751 listed as having expired from 31st October 2016.

Tour Operator Licences

PCE Coaches Ltd, trading as O’Callaghan Coach Holidays, whose tour operator licence 269 had expired on 31st October 2016, has now had this renewed to 31st October 2017.

Sindaco Ltd, trading as Fanfare, whose licence 265 had expired on 31st October 2016, has now had this renewed to 31st October 2017.

O.T.P. Travel Services Ltd, tour operator licence 260, has changed its email address to and its website address to The trading names Trevor Brennan Rugby Tours, Yolo Group Travel, Euro Rugby Tours, Sanzar Travel, 4U Hospitality, Holistic Retreats Ireland, and Zest Group Travel, have all been deleted and replaced with Rugby Travel Ireland.
