$6,000 Cash Rewards with Crystal Cruises

Crystal Cruises LogoCrystal Cruises is rewarding its loyal guests with a new bonus ‘Referral Rewards Programme’. Crystal Society guests – whether planning to travel or not – can now earn up to $6,000 cash for referring new guests on all cruises through to the end of 2011 and 10 cruises in the first quarter of 2012.

In its spring issue of its repeat-guest magazine, Passport, Crystal mailed Society members the programme details and three redemption certificates to pass on to a new-to-Crystal guest who they feel would enjoy the Crystal Cruises experience.

Crystal Society members will receive $1,000 for each guest who redeems a certificate and sails on a Crystal cruise of eight nights or more. New-to-Crystal guests will save $250 per person (or equivalent in local currency) off the cruise fare.

For seven-night cruises, the Crystal Society member will receive $500 and the new Crystal cruiser will enjoy $125 per person (or equivalent in local currency) off the cruise fare. Should all three certificates be redeemed for applicable double-occupancy cruises, the Society Member could earn up to a total of $6,000.

“As well as being a tremendous bonus for our guests, this is an amazing tool for our travel agent partners that can translate into a lot of new business for them,” said Crystal’s Vice President of International Sales, Philip Ordever. “Not only does our Referral Rewards Programme give agents a great reason to contact their customers and remind their Society member-clients of the big rewards on offer, it also demonstrates the agency’s value in looking after them in every way.”

Even travel agents who have sailed at full revenue are eligible to redeem certificates for their new-to-Crystal referrals. Applicable redemption sailings include all remaining 2011 Crystal cruises of seven nights or longer and select first quarter 2012 cruises covering Europe, the Caribbean, Alaska, the Pacific Coast, Mexican Riviera, Panama Canal, New England, Canada, Hawaii, the Pacific, Australia, Asia, Russia, South America and across the Atlantic. Complete details for the programme can be found in the Crystal Society section at
