Why don’t we leverage the power of the Internet to enable consumers to submit travel plans through an online platform that multiple agents could then post their respective quotes to? Thus providing prospective travellers with the best of both worlds: the 24/7 accessibility of the Internet with the collective wisdom of the crowd, i.e. experienced travel consultants who have probably visited the locations being quoted for?
