The Aviation Appeals Panel has completed its work and referred one matter, relating to the treatment of pension costs, back to the Commission for Aviation Regulation.
The CAR has up to two months to consider this referral and either vary or affirm the determination. Relevant documents, including the Aviation Appeals Panel decision and the Determination that has been referred back to the Commission, can be found on the CAR website. The page also has a Consultation Paper to respond to for parties who wish to make a representation concerning this referral.
The deadline for submissions is Monday 3rd December 2012.
