ArrivalGuides Partners with Fáilte Ireland and Destination NSW

ArrivalGuides, the global destination information network, has signed two partnerships – with Fáilte Ireland, and with Destination NSW, the tourism office of New South Wales in Australia.

ArrivalGuides already partners with over 100 tourist bureaus, but agreements with national and regional tourist boards that can add a larger number of new interesting local destinations will provide fuel to reach the target of 500 destinations (currently ArrivalGuides cover 440 destinations) in the network.

Fáilte Ireland will take over the responsibility for the existing four Irish destinations in the ArrivalGuides network (the Dublin guide is currently published in partnership with Visit Dublin) and add a further seven Irish destinations to the network. Lorna Lee at Fáilte Ireland said: “We were impressed by the quality and quantity of ArrivalGuides’ distribution partners, by the performance measurement that their software allows, and by how easy they were to deal with. We are looking forward to seeing our content online and the results!”

“We are already today the leading global provider of constantly updated high-quality destination information generated by the leading local experts, the official tourist bureaus,” said Magnus Aideborn, Chief Executive of ArrivalGuides. “Partnership with national and regional tourist offices will allow us to add new destinations at a greater speed than working directly with each destination.”

Destination NSW will take over the responsibility for the destination guide for Sydney, and add a further nine local destinations in New South Wales.

The unique ArrivalGuides network offers destinations the possibility to make sure that the information about their destination is of high quality and always up-to-date in the channels travellers search for inspiration and planning tips for their next holiday. The system allows destinations to update content directly in the ArrivalGuides CMS and then with a click of a button see it live with over 170 travel companies. Travel companies that use the ArrivalGuides solutions include Qatar Airways, Ryanair, Airberlin, Flybe, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Odigeo Nordic, Tiger Airways, Jetstar, Webjet, Harvey World Travel, News Limited Australia, etc. Recent additions include one of the leading Chinese OTA’s eLong, HomeAway UK and Zuji.

ArrivalGuides is a global leader in supplying destination content solutions to the travel industry. Over 170 travel companies use the information to increase their online business offering. ArrivalGuides provide updated information for over 400 destinations, in various languages. ArrivalGuides has created a unique network of information sourced and updated directly by the official tourist bureaus.
