Among the many winners of British Travel Awards 2012, as voted by consumers and announced last night, were Emirates Tours UK for Best Overall Regional Luxury Tour Operator, Thomas Cook as Best Overall Family Holiday Company, First Choice for Best Overall All-Inclusive Tour Operator, and Thomson as Best Overall Adults Only Tour Operator.
Virgin Atlantic won Best Long Haul Airline, British Airways won Best Short Haul Airline and Best Airline for Customer Service, while London Gatwick was awarded Best UK Airport.
