Falcon Holidays’ Dublin office is to appoint a Business Transformation Lead who will “drive the modern mainstream agenda in Ireland, ensuring the business successfully implements the required process change and new technology of all transformation and business change related projects, maximising all opportunities to transform to an online, digitally centric business”. 
Partnering the UK Transformation Programme (Project Phoenix) work stream’s and other relevant UK change teams in agreeing and executing the implementation plan for Ireland, the successful applicant will ensure the required process change in any Phoenix & Business change related projects are identified, evaluated and risks mitigated prior to implementation in Ireland.
