Cassidy Travel Dundrum Wins Retailer of the Year Award

Congratulations to Manager Sandra Mooney and her team at Cassidy Travel, Dundrum, who won the Dundrum Town Centre Retailer of the Year Award earlier this week. Cassidy Travel also came out tops in their category. The awards are based around a Mystery Shopping Service that is conducted each year and focuses primarily on customer service.

The eight staff in Cassidy Travel Dundrum have over 100 years of experience between them. They have travelled extensively to far flung destinations including Kenya, Thailand, Mauritius, Maldives, Hong Kong and the Caribbean, on all the major cruise liners and closer to home throughout Europe and North Africa.

John Cassidy, who attended the reception, said: “It is a true reflection on what can be achieved by being enthusiastic, passionate, knowledgeable and, most of all, offering the highest level of customer service together with value. This is not just good for our Dundrum store but it’s good for the whole company.”
