Celebrity Cruises is enhancing its sales team to improve the face-to-face support offered to agents throughout Ireland. Mandy Burrie joins from TUI as Regional Sales Manager for Ireland and Scotland. Previously Mandy held the role as Senior Retail Manager responsible for developing supplier relationships, staff training and delivering the company’s customer service strategy.
The new regional sales manager is adding to the existing Ireland team already comprising Lorraine Quinn, Business Development Manager, and Andrew Bolton, Strategic Account Manager. In the new role Mandy will cover Ireland and Scotland and work alongside Lorraine and Andrew to increase Celebrity Cruises’ market share in Ireland.
Mandy’s appointment is part of further enhancements to the UK and Ireland regional sales manager team. There are now six new regional sales manager roles, replacing the previous account manager structure that saw the UK and Ireland carved into just three regions. It is the first time that an additional role in the regional sales manager team has covered Ireland.
In addition to Mandy’s appointment, Rachel Mould has been appointed as Regional Sales Manager for the North East in the UK.

Further support will also now be available to consortia partners, particularly on a regional level. Bhavneeta Taylor, Strategic Account Manager, Consortia, will enjoy additional reinforcements from the regional sales managers in their relevant areas of the UK and Ireland.
Michael English, Head of Business Development, will continue leading his team of strategic account managers working to increase Celebrity Cruises’ reach to affluent holidaymakers in targeted areas of the country through cruise specialist and luxury trade partners.
The Celebrity Cruises UK and Ireland sales team and all trade partners are also assisted by an office-based trading team and trade marketing manager. In additional to providing tools to aid sales, the team also delivers important information on offers, campaigns and new products and services to boost the efficiency of agent partners. Plus, there is a dedicated Celebrity Cruises UK and Ireland agent trainer, Leon Hand, who through online and face-to-face training reaches over 16,000 agents.
