Cork Airport recently hosted a travel industry event in association with Tourism Flanders and Aer Lingus. The event provided travel trade professionals and travel media with an overview of what the Flanders region of Northern Belgium has to offer the global leisure traveller.
At the event were Andrew Daines, Tourism Flanders Director, UK and Ireland; Lisa Thomas, Travel Trade Manager, Tourism Flanders; Dominic Daly, Royal Belgian Honorary Consulate; Ivan Beacom, Aer Lingus Sales Manager; and Kevin Cullinane, Head of Communications, Cork Airport.
Aer Lingus operates twice weekly flights from Cork Airport to Brussels, giving business and leisure travellers direct access to this popular destination at the heart of Europe.
