Red Sea Holidays, the UK’s largest specialist tour operator to Egypt, launches its first-ever Irish brochure this week, offering direct flights (and a fam trip!) from Dublin to Sharm El Sheikh starting in May this year.
Part of the family-owned Red Sea Hotels group, the UK company has grown rapidly, offering a wide range of 4-star and 5-star all-inclusive options at competitive prices (www.redseaholidays.ie)
“Every part of every holiday is fully commissionable and includes 20kg luggage, resort transfers, full rep service, low deposit at just €100 per person and most also offer late checkout and fixed child prices irrespective of date or duration, even in school holidays,” said Niall McDonnell, former My Travel chief executive, who heads Red Sea’s Irish operation.
The programme offers a handpicked selection of 4-star and 5-star properties with board options from bed & breakfast to all-inclusive and many hotels are exclusive to Red Sea Holidays in Ireland.

Egyptian Visa Changes
Andy Grant, Managing Director, Red Sea Holidays, said: “Following the visa changes announced by the Egyptian tourism minister, our understanding is that UK and Irish tourists travelling to Egypt on tour operator packages are unaffected by the changes and it is only independent travellers to the region who will be required to obtain a visa prior to arrival.
“At Red Sea Holidays we obviously support any changes made by the Egyptian government that help ensure continued safety for our holidaymakers.”
