E-Ticketing for Falcon / Thomson Package Holidays

From tomorrow, Tuesday 27th September 2011 for departures from 1st November 2011 onwards, Falcon Holidays and Thomson Ireland will be introducing e-ticketing for all Falcon and Thomson package holidays and flight onlys. Thomson Cruises and Island Cruises are currently excluded from e-ticketing, but they will switch to e-ticketing soon. All travel documents for customers will now be delivered via the Axis-One system.

Brendan Mallon, Commercial Trade Manager – Ireland, has advised travel agents that:

  • Any customers departing before 1st November will continue to receive the smaller ticket books
  • Any amended bookings will now receive e-tickets
  • Customers booking within 14 days of departure and departing before 1st November will receive TOD
  • Customers departing on or after 1st November will receive e-tickets
