Barbados-based Elegant Hotels Group’s new Online Training Academy will allow agents access to six training modules that provide in-depth overviews on each of the group’s five properties as well as key offerings across the hotels, including dining, recreational activities, family offerings, wedding and honeymoon packages and insider tips.
Once agents have successfully completed all of the modules, they will be awarded an Elegant Hotels certification that turns knowledge into revenue by enabling the agents to effectively sell the hotels and resorts to clients.
Elegant Hotels will also be moving its Elegant Hotels Rewards Programme online so that agents can enrol, track their account balance and request redemptions. Powered by My Booking Rewards, the scheme offers agents the rewards that they deserve, but also makes it easier for them to redeem perks and start enjoying the benefits.
Earning and redeeming points is easy: agents must report all guest bookings at an Elegant Hotels Group property prior to guest arrival to claim one point per booking.
