Etihad / Dubai Tourism / Jebel Ali Fam on Top of the World

Nine lucky Irish agents enjoyed a recent fam trip to Dubai, including an ascent to the top of one of the world’s tallest buildings, the Burj Khalifa. Hosted by Fiona Lawless of Etihad Airways, Ingrid Aagesen of Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, and Ross Park of Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa, were Antoinette Murphy, O’Callaghan Travel; Orla Barcoe, Manning Travel; Clodagh Connolly, Fahy Travel; Pamela Kelly, Newbridge Travel; Jennifer Dineen, Abbey Travel; Siobhan Geraghty, Cavan Travel; Robert Lecky, Travellers Secrets; Michael Holmes, Thriftway Travel; and Orlagh Hogan, Travelmood.

At Jebel Ali’s brand new state-of-the-art Clubhouse to experience the latest watersports activities – including wake boarding, kitesurfing, dinghy sailing or kayaking – the Watercooled Way! – were Siobhan Geraghty, Jennifer Dineen, Clodagh Connolly, Orla Barcoe, and Ingrid Aagesen.

The group experienced a private visit to At the Top – the 124th floor at the Burj Khalifa – and were lucky enough to have the place to themselves!

Everyone enjoyed a fantastic desert safari with dune bashing and an Arabian feast in the desert. Here the group enter the Arabian desert camp of Desert Adventures.
