Etihad Airways has increased baggage allowances for all Pearl Business class and Diamond First class guests by 10kg, bringing the Pearl allowance to 40kg and the Diamond allowance to 50kg.
Members of the Etihad Guest frequent flyer programme travelling in the Diamond First class or Pearl Business class cabins also have additional baggage allowances. For example, an Etihad Guest Gold member will now be able to take as much as 65kg of baggage when flying in Diamond First class.
Etihad has also commenced scheduled flights between Abu Dhabi and Shanghai in China, with five weekly Airbus A330-300 services to Shanghai’s main international airport – Pudong (PVG) – and with commitments to a daily schedule from 15th April.
We thank Etihad very much for the increased baggage allowance. In fact, being long-time residents, we can’t have with us only a few kilos of “impedimenta”.
