EU Roaming Charges Drop (Again)

Today is 1st July so, for the fifth year running, the EU has lowered its retail price caps on roaming charges, with the per-minute charge for making voice calls reducing from 39 cents to 35 cents and the charge for receiving them from 15 cents to 11 cents. Wholesale data roaming charges fall from 80 cents per megabyte to 50 cents.
