Expedia TAAP on Expedia App

Expedia TAAP on Expedia App

Expedia TAAP agents can earn commission on bookings made through the award-winning Expedia App, which recently won the ‘Webby Award’, regarded by many as the Internet’s highest honour.

Travel agents registered for the Expedia TAAP can now process bookings through the Expedia Mobile App at the same commission levels as they would receive through their laptop or desktop computer. The app is ideal for home-based travel consultants, consultants on the road visiting clients, or just the occasional booking when a consultant is out of the office.

“Mobile is making a huge impact on travel distribution,” said Mirco De Pellegrin, who heads up the Expedia TAAP sales in EMEA. “These new mobile tools enable agents to work from anywhere with the confidence they are earning commission and are supported no matter what booking platform they use.

“So long as the agent uses the same Expedia account on their mobile as they have registered for Expedia TAAP, the booking is automatically tracked and accrued to their existing TAAP account. There is nothing more to do, nothing more to register, the agent needs to download the app to their mobile or iPad and they are ready to roll.”
