Falcon Predicts Busy January Bookings

Falcon Holidays is predicting a traditional January booking period, with the New Year getting off to a strong start. Director Helen Caron said: “January is traditionally one of the busiest booking periods in the holiday industry and we are preparing for a particularly busy month, which will see thousands of Irish holidaymakers booking their places to the sun. Our new edition brochures are being really well received by travel agents and customers alike and offer lots of reasons for holidaymakers to book early.

“This year the indication is that more and more people want to have their summer holiday secured early and if they haven’t already done so will start thinking and researching while they are on their Christmas break. With this in mind, we are investing in our biggest ever marketing campaign, which will kick off on TV (RTE, TV3 and satellites) on St Stephen’s Day.

“This will be backed up with advertising on national and local radio, online and national and local press, promotions and trade point of sale.

“As always, Falcon offers great value for money with excellent early booking offers including free child places, grandparents and groups, one-parent family savings, free upgrades and savings of up to €300 per couple. The aim of this new campaign is to ensure holidaymakers are aware of the great range and value Falcon has to offer and encourage people to start thinking early about their holiday plans.”
