Innstant Travel is continuing its drive toward increasing its agency support with the appointment of two new staff this month.
“We are delighted to welcome Sarah Clarke and Rebekah Taylor to the customer support team,” said Darryl Ismail, Chief Executive, Innstant Travel. “Both ladies bring a wealth of experience and we look forward to building an even stronger team.”
Sarah, from Dublin, Ireland has over eight years’ experience in customer service and began her career in travel with Thomas Cook Ireland. She places a huge emphasis on service levels and customer support. “I had the pleasure of working with Sarah in Thomas Cook and when I was looking to expand the Customer Service team here at Innstant Travel I knew Sarah would be the perfect addition to the team,” said Fiona Foster, Head of Operations.
Rebekah has over six years’ experience in the travel industry. Originally from Christchurch, New Zealand, Rebekah travelled extensively throughout Europe before settling in sunny Sydney, Australia for four years, where she became a full-time retail agent. “I have had the pleasure of being a client of Innstant Travel and I am now on the other side working with the fantastic Innstant team,” said Rebekah.
