Irish Agents Report on Their Dubai Experiences

Irish Agents Report on Their Dubai Experiences

Dubai proved to be a popular destination to write about among this year’s entrants to ITTN’s Budding Travel Writer competition, and their reports were unanimously very favourable, almost all highlighting Dubai as a great year-round family destination.

For example, Romy Birdthistle, Tropical Sky, wrote: “Having such beautiful beach areas but also having a city right beside the beach is what makes Dubai such a fantastic destination. Families would never be bored in Dubai: the hotels really have amazing children’s facilities and with the water parks families can be guaranteed to be entertained.I am so glad I got to see and experience Dubai, which is a destination that I will definitely go back to again and again.”

Katerina Landecka, BDC Travel, said: “The trip was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The hotel facilities and service were 5-star and I have never seen rooms to be serviced twice a day! A great experience was the desert safari on which we enjoyed the real Arabic experience in the camp – belly dancing, camel rides and henna painting. This amazing trip felt like a dream when we got off the aircraft back in chilly Dublin. The weight that I managed to put on is not going away…just as all the great memories remain.”

In addition, Orla Tooher, GoHop.ie, and Sharon Sheridan, Navan Travel, also shared their fam trip experiences with Irish Travel Trade News on video. See what they each have to say about Dubai at:
