Irish Ferries’ autumn fares to France, valid for travel on the ‘Oscar Wilde’ from 25th August to 30th December 30th, are from €89 each way for a car and driver, inclusive of a reclining seat and all travel taxes. Until 22nd September, passengers have a choice of routes to Cherbourg and Roscoff with services to Cherbourg continuing throughout winter. Bookings must be made at least two days in advance of travel.
Irish Ferries has also reintroduced its mini cruise to France, popular with those seeking to replenish their stocks of wine and beer for Christmas and valid for travel from Ireland from 29th August. You can travel to Cherbourg or Roscoff, spend two nights on board the cruise ferry ‘Oscar Wilde’ and up to seven hours ashore for shopping in France, schedule permitting.
Fares are from €89 return per adult and €49 return per child (four to 14 years) inclusive of bed in a two-bed ensuite cabin. Superior cabins are available at specially reduced rates.
Those choosing to bring a car or motorbike can do so for €89 return extra when two or more adults travel together.
