Travel Counsellor Kate Moore in Cork has sailed away with a Celebrity Cruises prize after coming out top in a recent agent sales incentive campaign. Kate was the campaign’s top seller and has won the prize of a 12-night cruise for two on the Celebrity Solstice.
Kate was presented with her prize by Leon Hand, Celebrity Cruises’ trainer for Ireland, at a recent Celebrity Cruises Master-class training session in Cork, ahead of other sessions in Dublin and Belfast. The half-day interactive training sessions are designed to be fun, engaging and informative with games, prizes, goodies and competitions on the day. Topics covered in the sessions include Celebrity Cruises’ brand positioning – ‘Modern Luxury’; ways to reach the target market; a focus on recent ship enhancements and the onboard experience; gourmet wine-themed cruises from Southampton; and the 2012/13 deployment across Northern Europe and the Mediterranean.
The recent master-classes were well attended by staff from independent and consortia travel agencies, including American Holidays, Co-op Travel, Falcon Travel, John Cassidy Travel, Oasis Travel, Thomas Cook, Thomson First Choice, Tour America, Travel Counsellors and many others.
