Lithuania Celebrates the Day of Restoration

Lithuania is interested in getting more Irish visitors to holiday there – this was the message from their Ambassador when he spoke to Irish Travel Trade News recently.  He was speaking on the occasion of the Day of Restoration of the state of Lithuania (1918). The Ambassador, HE Vidmantasand Purlys, and his wife Dita, hosted  a reception to celebrate the event.
