Travel agent support for Lowcostbeds and Resorthoppa has grown by 500% in the past year. The accommodation and transfer provider has become the supplier to many travel agents who are selling dynamic packages.
In 2011 the group turned over €1 million in the Irish market – and this has shot up to more than €5 million by the end of April this year.
Clem Walshe, the Irish Managing Director for the company, said at a dinner in Dublin last night for some of their top agents that he was delighted with the upward level of trade support.
Overall the Lowcost Group now has 10,000 agents and carried three million passengers last year, while Resorthoppa carried more than 1.5 million.
The company is relaunching its popular €5 One4all sales staff incentive for Lowcostbeds sales made from the middle of May.
