RCI Unveils ‘Win a Cruise a Day’ Trade Incentive

Royal Caribbean International has upped the ante to win summer bookings by unveiling an added trade incentive to the recently launched ‘Don’t Wait, Book Now’ campaign. Agents have the chance to win a cruise every day between 12th – 26th April 2012. During this period, every booking for any of the 2012 itineraries will be entered into a prize draw to win a fly/cruise holiday for two in May 2012. Karen Whyte from the American Holidays team in Dublin has just been announced as the promotion’s first winner.

Agents enter by creating and confirming any new 2012 booking including pre-paid gratuities during the promotion period and log on to to register the booking on the automated form. Each booking counts as one entry and Cruising for Excellence Online Captains get one bonus entry and Admirals get five in total for each booking made and entered. Full terms and conditions, and more information on the ‘Don’t Wait, Book Now’ campaign are available on the website.

The new incentive was hinted at with a tip to “…watch out for surprises…” when the ‘Don’t Wait, Book Now’ campaign launched at the beginning of the month to drive bookings with strong, simple pricing on high value-for-money holidays and Royal Caribbean’s first ever outdoor consumer advertising in Ireland. 30-second radio advertising slots and a major door drop campaign in the Dublin area are also adding to the message.
