The Address Hotels + Resorts, the 5-star premium hotel brand launched by Emaar Hospitality Group, brings a new identity to the hospitality and service offering of Dubai and the region.
The Address features a bouquet of experiences offering a unique essence for business and leisure travellers within its properties. With five properties in Dubai already, all centrally located in idyllic locations within the city, The Address will also expand to seek management contracts in other key markets in the Middle East, North Africa, the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia. The hotel brand is also reaching out to new feeder markets, such as China, one of the fastest growing tourism markets.
The Address properties in Dubai are: The Address Downtown Dubai (opened in 2008), The Address Dubai Mall (opened on 9th September 2009), and The Address Dubai Marina (opened on 29th October 2009). The Address Hotels + Resorts assumed the management of The Address Montgomerie Dubai in October 2009 and also manages The Palace Downtown Dubai with 242 well-appointed guest rooms and suites.
The Address Hotels + Resorts has also recently announced the signing of a management contract to operate The Address Marassi Golf Resort & Spa, an integral part of the Marassi master-planned community developed by Emaar Misr, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Emaar Properties in Egypt.
