Irish Open sponsor Emirates, in conjunction with Irish Travel Trade News, held a lucky prize draw in which 12 lucky winners each received two tickets for the major golf event that is taking place at Carton House, Co Kildare, from Thursday 27th – Sunday 30th June 2013.

Pro-Am Success
Emirates kick started its Irish Open sponsorship yesterday by hosting three guest Pro-Am teams, who teed off in advance of the 2013 tournament at Carton House. Irish celebrities competing in the Pro-Am included Johnny Murtagh, Ken Doherty and Brian McFadden, all of whom were teeing off to raise funds for charity.

Emirates extends its support of golf by allowing passengers to check in a set of golf clubs free of charge – in addition to their normal checked baggage allowance – in any class of service on all of its flights.
