The lucky winner of a Universal Studios Orlando fam trip with Virgin Atlantic flights at last Thursday’s DoSomethingDifferent trade event in The Lost Society was Tom Scott of Trailfinders, who managed to collect DSD$82 in the Cash Cube – which generated a lot of fun as some highly competitive agents literally scrambled for money!
Contestants had 30 seconds to grab as many DSD Dollars as they could in DoSomethingDifferent’s Cash Cube to win a trip to Orlando
Tom was presented with his prize by Dave Cook of Universal Studios, Terry Smith of Virgin Atlantic and Annabel Cove of DoSomethingDifferent.com. Tom had gathered together just DSD$1 more than his colleague Cathal Teague of Trailfinders, who won an Amazon Kindle with built-in wi-fi, while Joanne McCabe of GoHop.ie, who collected DSD$65, won €200 to spend with DoSomethingDifferent.com.
Annabel Cove, DSD’s Business Development Manager, emphasised why DoSomethingDifferent is the UK & Ireland’s number one ticket provider for Universal Orlando Resort and Walt Disney World, as well as providing tickets for 2,000+ attractions worldwide and show tickets inclusive of seat numbers.
Dave Cole, Sales Manager EMEA, Universal Studios, outlined the range of exclusive tickets available and confirmed that they were cheaper when pre-purchased from DSD than bought in resort – 50% cheaper in the case of the new Blueman show in Orlando.
