Travel Partners First Autumn Series Roadshow in Ballinasloe

Travel Partners First Autumn Series Roadshow in Ballinasloe

The Travel Partners Group held the first of its autumn series of roadshows on Tuesday 13th September at the Shearwater Hotel in Ballinasloe, Co Galway. Travel Partners Group is made up of key suppliers including Amadeus, ASM (representing SAS, ANA and Obeo Travel), Blue Insurance, BookaBed, Classic Collection Holidays, and Cruisescapes.

Olwen McKinney, Amadeus, said: “As a group we are keen to support agents throughout the country and these roadshows are the perfect forum for us to meet key staff informally and get our key messages across. Our Facebook page is another opportunity for engagement and we would encourage agents to join the group page, which will keep them informed about the group’s activities.”

The event was well supported by the local agents from Galway, Westmeath and Roscommon, and proved an excellent opportunity for the agents attending to engage with these key suppliers. Networking was followed by dinner and spot prizes and some serious debating about the outcome of the weekend’s All Ireland Football Final.

The next two shows will be in Kilkenny on Tuesday 27th September and Dundalk on Thursday 29th September and all agents in each of these areas are invited to attend.
