Travel Trade Deals – 8th September 2015

Sarah Slattery compiles a list of the top Travel Trade Deals from trade partners, including airlines’ seat sales, special offers from tour operators, hotel deals from bedbanks, and the latest cruise deals. 

Lowcostbeds has up to 40% off selected Greek properties during September and October. Highlights include the 3-star Kalithea Sun & Sky in Rhodes from €20 all-inclusive and the 3-star Lefkoniko Beach Hotel, Crete, from €15 half board.

BookaBed is offering an exclusive deal to the 5-star Wynn and the Encore in Las Vegas. For arrivals from 1st December 2015 until 26th December 2016 clients will receive a free room upgrade, free breakfast and free resort fees.

Red Sea Holidays has last-minute deals to the Sharm Resort in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt. Price for seven nights on an all-inclusive basis on 10th September and 17th September is €479. Price include flights, transfers and a late check out.

Sunway has added an extra one-night trip to Lapland from Cork. Prices from €859 per adult and €759 per child include return flights meals, snowmobile ride, sleigh ride, husky ride, meet Santa and visit Santa’s post office and village.

Falcon Holidays is offering flight-only to Sharm el Sheikh on 4th and 18th October for €249 and on 11th October for €239.

Island Escapes is offering seven nights in the 5-star Residence Hotel in Zanzibar for €1,695. Price includes flights, transfers, taxes, and a pool villa on a half board basis.

Royal Caribbean International’s September campaign offers the second passenger at half price on selected sailings. Highlights include an Arabian Gulf cruise on 18th January onboard Splendour of the Seas. First passenger pays €599 and the second passenger pays €299 on a cruise-only basis.

Celebrity Cruises is offering buy one get one half price as well as a free drinks package on selected sailings. Highlights include Celebrity Equinox from Rome on 25th June. First passenger pays €1,509 and the second passenger pays €754, cruise only, but includes drinks package. Add-on flights and transfers from €285 per person.

Aer Lingus has launched a ‘Need Another Holiday Sale’. Britain from €19.99 one way, Europe from €29.99 one way and North America from €209 one way. Prices are valid for travel from 1st November to 30th April 2016. Book by 14th September.

British Airways ‘Great British Take Off Sale’ includes Orlando from €300, Mumbai from €105 and Barbados from €290, all excluding taxes. Travel until 12th June 2016. Book by 17th September.

British Airways is offering free one-way upgrades to First Class, when you book an eligible Club World return fare from 5th September 2015.

Emirates’ seat sale includes Dubai from €519 and Cape Town from €759. Book by 2nd October for selected departures up to 9th June 2016.
