Fiona Moore, Marketing Executive, and Peter O’Hanlon, Managing Director, launch Travelfinders on the new Aertel Digital service

The new Aertel Digital layout provides the user with a more aesthetically pleasing page layout, direct navigation and multi-view capabilities. For the advertiser the new format offers enhanced features such as website links to specific landing pages, graphics for banner adverts and cross media advertising and promotional opportunities.

Peter O’Hanlon, Managing Director of Travelfinders, told Irish Travel trade News: “We are excited to be launching the travel pages on the new Aertel Digital service this week. We started Travelfinders over 19 years ago with a small number of viewers and clients and this has continued to grow each year. We are delighted to be expanding the service to include a new digital format which will be available on Saorview, UPC and online. The current analogue system will also continue to operate on Sky. This will ensure that all our advertisers reach the 1.2 million regular viewers of RTÉ Aertel on television.

“RTÉ Aertel online will change to the new digital format this week as it continues to be one of the most popular sections on RTÉ.ie with 4.5 million page impressions per month.”

RTÉ Aertel Digital is now available on Saorview and online at Rte.ie/aerteldigital. It will be available on UPC in November.
