Sue Marshall and Colin Brodie of Visit Florida hosted their annual lunch for Irish travel trade representatives at Chapter One last week – and those attending seemed to agree that the always-excellent venue surpassed itself in the cuisine and presentation. Later in the evening, the Visit USA Committee Ireland hosted its inaugural Agent Appreciation Night at The Church.
At the Visit USA event, the winner of the First Prize was Rachel Dempsey from World Travel Centre, while the Second Prize went to Sarah Kinsella from Tour America.
Rachel won two return flights with Aer Lingus to Orlando; a three-night stay at the Enclave Suites in Orlando; three nights at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key, inclusive car hire with Hertz, and tickets for all three parks – Disney, SeaWorld and Universal.
Sarah’s prize comprised two return flights ex-UK with Virgin Atlantic; three nights at Inn on 5th, Naples Paradise Coast; three nights at Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, Cape Coral; inclusive car rental with Dollar Rent a Car; and tickets for all three parks.
