Visit Portugal Hosts Portugal Experience 2015

Portugal really hit the Dublin trade running with more than 26 exhibitors at the Portugal Experience 2015 workshop in the Westbury Hotel.

The well attended event certainly brought out the cream of the Dublin travel trade, who had a great range of product information from the Portuguese hoteliers, incoming tour operators, car hire, airlines and attractions.

There were no less than 11 accommodation prizes raffled, with Stacy Brien from Budget Travel winning the top prize of  Aer Lingus tickets to Portugal.

A fine range of Portuguese wines accompanied the buffet dinner as part of the hospitality provided by Visit Portugal.

The Director of  the Portuguese National Tourist Office in London, Antonio Soveral Padeeira, who has responsibility  for Ireland, thanked the trade for their attendance and their support in selling Portugal and also thanked Aer Lingus for their support in promoting the destination.
