Who’s for Tennis – on Top of the Burj al Arab?

John Spollen
John Spollen, Director of Cassidy Travel.

“There will still be a role for tour operating and the travel agent over the next five years, because of service levels and because of security – particularly for family holidays and mature travellers, John Spollen, Director of Cassidy Travel, has told Irish Travel Trade News. “But prices must be seen as competitive and extra perceived value must be also visible, as well as more flexibility,” he added.

Asked where he would most like to visit that he had never been, John replied: “I really want to visit the tennis court at the top of the Burj al Arab in Dubai! I want to travel with, or meet Bjorn Borg there – to play a game of tennis with him. Two ‘oldies but goldies’ together!”
