Worldchoice Ireland Launches Conference App with Travelport

Worldchoice Ireland and Travelport have introduced an app for the Worldchoice conference taking place at the Lyrath Estate in Co Kilkenny on Saturday 3rd November 2018.

Carol Anne O’Neill, Commercial Manager, Worldchoice Ireland, said: “We are very excited to be launching our first ever conference app. We believe mobile apps are very important in today’s business environment and we want to increase the visibility of our members and trade partners, and maximise engagement.

“The app will provide a one-stop-shop at your fingertips for all conference information. Delegates will be able to download the app on www.worldchoiceapp.com to their smartphones and set up their profiles. This will allow engagement with fellow attendees and the option to participate in Q&A sessions. We look forward to meeting all our members and trade partners in Kilkenny.”

Riona McGrath, Country Manager, Travelport, said: “We are delighted to be sponsoring the Worldchoice conference app. In today’s technology-driven world, we all primarily communicate via mobile – a technology impacting on the travel industry and which is a strong focus at Travelport – and this opportunity was a great fit. The opportunity to engage with our trade partners through the channel and device we all use most, is fantastic. The app is forward thinking, progressive, and engaging – all of which aligns perfectly with the Travelport approach with our customers.”
